Keynote Speaker
Shaundra Dineen Williams
Shaundra Dineen Williams proudly shares her knowledge and experiences from the past 20 years as a Workforce Development Executive in the Vocational Education industry with organizations and institutions around the world. Over the span of her career, she has worked with non-profit organizations, and post-secondary institutions in various roles leading strategic initiatives focused on improving post-graduation employment outcomes, stabilizing student retention and attrition, increasing institutional profitability, community engagement initiatives, and leadership development throughout the organization. Her efforts to connect underserved communities with the opportunity of education and employment through skilled trades, has afforded her the privilege to see thousands of students, many of which were first-generation college students, expand their knowledge, gain certifications and licensures, which broadened their future and stabilized families and communities. Ms. Williams is the CEO/Founder of Rubyz Global Coaching and Consulting, L.L.C., a Texas based organization dedicated to supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations through the development of effective systems, personal growth strategies, and leadership progression programs. Ms. Williams believes that a culture rooted in service to others and education for all is the guaranteed catalyst for change in attitudes, beliefs, and outcomes for generations to come. Ms. Williams has received many awards and recognitions for her relentless efforts to build individuals, organizations, and communities from the inside out through her leadership strategies and personal growth programs. Her involvement through philanthropic initiatives and volunteerism with women empowerment organizations, specifically teenage pregnancy support organizations, has continued to fuel her passion as a servant leader. Ms. Williams, originally from Silsbee, Texas and attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. She currently resides in Houston, Texas.

Juanita Braxton, PhD, EdS, MBA
Dr. Juanita Braxton is currently the Executive Director of Imani Consultants PhD, a 501C (3) non-profit organization with a primary focus on health education, medical education, and community service. She is also a GME Consultant as well as Business and Personal Coach. Juanita retired from the University of California, Davis Health System after 27 years of service as the Administrative Director of Surgical Education, a seasoned Program Administrator and inaugural member of the ACGME Coordinator Advisory Group. She has experience and expertise in program management, quality improvement, accreditation compliance, team communication as well as educational programs daily operations. Juanita has contributed significantly to the GME community over the years through scholarly activity, committee roles as well as being a sought-after conference speaker for motivation and engagement as a GME professional. Her presentations include ACGME, AHME, Coordinator Surgical Education Week and various specialty conferences. Her educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences; a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management; Doctor of Theology; an Education Specialist Degree with a Teaching and Learning Specialization and a Ph.D. in Public Health – Community Health as well as a former C-TAGME professional.
