The National Society of Academic Medical Administrators (NSAMA) is pleased to offer Professional Development Travel sponsorship to our members. NSAMA will provide up to 5 members funding to attend the ACGME Annual Education conference, 2025 AHME Institute, or your national specialty program administrator/coordinator conference in the amount of up to $3,000. Selected individuals will work with the NSAMA administrator to register for the conference, book airfare and hotel room. NSAMA will pay for this directly to minimize out of pocket expense for the member.

Qualifications:

• NSAMA member in good standing since April 1, 2024.

• Approval letter to attend the meeting from your Program Director or supervisor.

• Provide feedback to NSAMA after the conference about what you learned; found interesting, new resources you can share with other members.

• Attach your resume

• Attach an approval letter from Program Director or supervisor to attend the conference

• Provide a statement of interest as to why you want to attend the chosen conference
